Data Compliance, Cleansing and Integration

DataBelt® is a data compliance and cleansing tool available on-premise or in the cloud, used to create accurate and consistent data for error-free processing.  It provides the ability for an organisation to quality check and identify errors, non-conformities and duplications in single or multiple datasets.  The errors and non-conformities can then be transformed and datsets updated into clean and conforming values making datasets consistent for error-free processing.  A sophisticated business rules engine is configured in DataBelt® to effect the transformation processes and can be created for any type of organisation.

DataBelt® can be run in full robotic automation mode or with manual intervention depending on the nature and complexity of the data to be cleansed.  Full automation can reduce the duration of the cleansing process by 95% when compared to fully manual processes, as well as removing waste time from running jobs which fail due to non-compliant data.  Data chunking and an inbuilt spooling database, means that DataBelt® can process hundreds of thousands of records per cleansing job.

DataBelt® is useable by both end-user organisations and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) service providers as data can be accessed internally or from third party organisations across the internet.  It operates on a role-based design, with a full data rest and transit security model to safeguard unauthorised access, and an approval model prior to transforming and updating con-compliant data.

DataBelt®’s user interface, navigation and processing have been designed as user-first, following the Google design standards to ensure the user journey is intuitive and process driven, utilising templates and job scheduling.  DataBelt® comes with dashboards and management information reports that can provide all the operational metrics required by an organisation to measure data compliance as well as submit statutory or regulatory returns.

DataBelt® also has an EU GDPR application by ensuring clean and accurate data is maintained and can generate a data inventory/map used to identify all data sources and data content.

When left in situ, DataBelt® can create historical and trending management information reports on changes to data cleanliness, including the index “how clean is my data” an increasingly important metric that organisations need to report on.
