Crisis Management Practitioner Training Course – 2 day duration (non-residential)
Who would benefit from attending?

This intensive 2-day course is geared to converting those with new responsibilities for crisis management, business continuity or disaster recovery in their organisation into effective subject matter practitioners.

By applying the AiM 8-point model, the course provides a thorough grounding in the theory, practice and tool usage of crisis management and through a series of interactive exercises allows attendees to generate their own crisis management plans during the course for their organisations.  This offering is unique on the crisis management training circuit.

We run regular public training courses in central London, Southampton and Dartford.  We can also organise special bespoke courses for your organisation which can be held at your premises.
