Remote Support

If you need remote technical support  through our web-based remote control system and you have a working internet connection, click here when directed to by the Technical Service Desk.  Have your website user name and password ready.  If you do not have these, or have forgotten them, please advise the Service Desk (click here).

Once we have your permission for remote access, we initiate the service by establishing a highly secure (encrypted), temporary support link between our service desk and your system experiencing the problem or requiring a change. We can then take control of your PC or server to fix the problem or undertake the work required. Using these tools keeps response times to a minimum and ensures a swift return to work for your staff and the organisation.

If on rare occasions the problem or change cannot be resolved in this way, then a site visit will be required in accordance with the terms of the managed service pack you have with us.
