ICT Managed Services

Our ICT Managed Services provide an excellent range of options for large companies, small and medium sized businesses, organisations and schools, who require their ICT infrastructures or systems to be provided and/or supported by an experienced team of professionals. We support both PCs and Mac platforms.

Managed Services means that we provide you with a fully integrated ‘one-stop-shop’ for all your ICT support needs The service provides a range of support solutions and service levels for ensuring that you get the greatest and most economic benefit from your ICT, and protecting the continuity of your work and operations.

Thare are three standard service packs:

Silver –provides a basic range of services which ensure your ICT runs smoothly and efficiently, and is fixed promptly when it goes wrong by remote support.  A solid entry level package

Gold - provides a wider range of services which give full support and a response time to match, and cover most ICT changes and additions. This service pack includes one preventative maintenance system health-check visit each year

Platinum - provides a comprehensive range of support services which ensure that each aspect of your ICT is covered within the one price. Included are two preventative maintenance system health-check visits each year

We can also specially tailor a service pack to the specific needs of your organisation.

We can also provide on-site dedicated full-time or part-time interim network/system support professionals. Click here for more details of our interim management service.

Service activities comprise:

  • Moves & changes
  • Problem fixing & administration, including a dedicated Service Desk
  • Data back-up & off-site storage
  • Data recovery & restoration
  • Procurement & removal of old equipment in accordance with EU/WEEE demands.

These services can also be supplemented by a number of add-on options which reduce even more ICT downtime, as well as the uncertainty and the cost arising from getting a qualified support service at very short notice. The add-on services comprise workstation ‘hot swaps’, remote laptop support, spares and consumables provision, theft and damage insurance, ‘pay as you use’ support, ad hoc lease of non-PC/Mac hardware, and disaster recovery.

The service desk and our 2nd level support engineers have a superb range of leading edge ICT support and diagnostic tools available to them to help deliver services quickly and successfully.  These include web-based remote control and configuration scanning for those networks with an internet connection. For more details click here.

If on rare occasions the problem or change cannot be resolved in this way, then a site visit will be required in accordance with the terms of the service pack selected.
