This is our operating model for working closely with clients whose core business is not professional services and ICT solutions, but who themselves have customers who demand such services.

Those in the serviced office market find this offering particularly attractive where start-ups and SME organisations form a high proportion of their customers.  It is unlikely that those who choose serviced offices as cost-effective space solutions will have access to in-house business and ICT services.  So there is a significant cross-selling opportunity in these captive markets for high margin revenue.  

AiM as service partner can exploit the market and leverage this attractive revenue stream on your behalf.  Through our GainShare Partnership scheme we deliver and our client receives an agreed percentage of the profit.  So the more we sell the greater our client benefits.

The portfolio is split into three value levels:
  • Value Level 1 – mainly IT communications, such as internet access, telephony services
  • Value Level 2 – IT network solutions, IT support, outsourced bureau services, system hosting, disaster recovery, training
  • Value Level 3 - consultancy services, eg strategy development, marketing, project management, operations management.
