Who are we?

Associated Interim Management Ltd (AiM) is an expanding UK and International service provider that focuses on providing business services and ICT solutions to organisations through the medium of Interim Management, ICT Design & Build Services, ICT Managed Services and Project Services.

Although AiM is a young company, its interim managers and technical solution teams have many years of experience in a wide range of disciplines and market sectors.

What are our unique differentiators?

Because our teams work closely with our clients and their staff and often perform operational and line management responsibilities, we only assign working practitioners with proven track records. This is critical if identified gaps in business continuity are to be filled quickly and effectively.

This means that our managers and teams hit the ground running and your organisation has the assurance of maintained continuity and business delivery. Using an AiM service as a measured response ensures that best and focused use of your resources are made at point of greatest need.

We therefore differentiate ourselves from some of the other more traditional consultancies by avoiding the deployment of theoretician consultants or inexperienced service staff in place of practitioner interim managers and technology teams. We also deploy proprietary and industry standard methods to the benefit of our clients that are tried, tested and pragmatic.

We believe that interim management and our technology services represent a mature and effective service solution of the future, as increasingly companies see both the operational and cost benefits of sourcing certain staff on a ‘just in time’ basis rather than as an expensive and unnecessary permanent option.
