The creation of a plan involves a 60 minute telephone interview at a time of your choosing conducted through questions and answers by a business continuity professional.  So a land-line, mobile or Skype telephone connection is a pre-requisite.  The interviewee must have sufficient knowledge of your organisation to be able to answer the questions.  A briefing sheet will be sent to the interviewee in advance.

The plan uses one of our templates and follows industry good practices and standards.  We aim to submit a working draft of the plan to you within 48 hours of the interview.
